All estimating and contract management is carried out in house which allows us to offer the complete service.
We offer a full contracting service in refurbishment London with regular contact with the customer to ensure smooth and efficient completion of each task, including the direct liaison with; local authorities, architects and designers. Our jobs were featured in Living etc, The Telegraph, Metro and recently on Channel 4.

We employed Pawel (Paul) Bujnicki in June 2012 to completely refurbish our new London home, after having had him recommended by a builder we had previously used.
The refurbishment included stripping back, waterproofing, tiling, fitting and decorating two bathrooms and a toilet, laying solid oak flooring and decorating five bedrooms, as well as tiling and decorating a new kitchen extension, the entire ground floor and hallways.
We also had a number of bespoke cupboards made for bedrooms and utility rooms. The job also involved plumbing and electrical work. We employed Pawel again this year to restore and paint the outside of our house.
From the start Pawel showed great organisational skills from a timings, budget and project management point of view. He is honest, reliable, hard-working and always leaves the job tidy and clean at the end of the day.
He is enthusiastic with a real ‘can-do’ attitude, nothing is ever a problem or cannot be achieved. However, what really makes his work stand out is his attention to detail and high standards of quality, there is no cutting corners, which we have appreciated immensely. He also works well with other tradesmen.
It has been a pleasure to work with Pawel and his team. We have recommended him to several friends and colleagues and have no doubt we will continue to use his services in the future.
We have dealt with Paul on a number of occasions and have been extremely happy with his work. He has undertaken every manner of job, from tiling and painting to joinery and has painted and decorated all four floors of our house.
